Our Manufacturing facility has capability to manufacture Primary Cementing equipment, Centralizers, Centralizer Sub, Stop Collar, Cement Baskets, Float equipment, Reamer shoe, Guide shoe, Cement Plug, Well Completion tools, Cement retainers, Bridge Plug, Landing Nipple, DV Tool/Stage tools, RTTS Packer, Casing Packer etc.
AZM Manufacturing facility is equipped with VMC’s, CNC’s, Press shop from 75 TO 20 MT, Heat Treatment -Quenching and Tempering Unit, Band SAW, Epoxy Coating unit etc.
We have in house facility for Pressure Testing, Hardness Testing, Epoxy Coating, Coating Thickness Testing, Machining, Turning, Pipe Threading etc. Our Production and Quality experts have experience of More than 30 years in Design, manufacture and Testing of Downhole tools.

AZM has full fledged facility to manufacture Full range of Casing Centralizer, Rigid centralizers, Solid Alloy Centralizers in Aluminum, Zinc and Thermoplastic material, Stop collars, Cement Basket, ,Drill Pipe centralizer, confirming to API 10D Specifications.
Float Equipments
AZM has full fledged facility to manufacture , Float equipments like Float shoe, Float Collar, Guide Shoe, Reamer Shoes in a variety of Material Grade, Sizes, Threads and PPF in convention and Non Rotating types, as per API 10F Specifications

AZM offers a wide range of Completion tools that play important role in ensuring successful wellbore completion and zonal isolation, we specialize in Bridge plug, Stage tools, Landing Nipple, Casing Packer, etc.all our equipment are tested as per API requiirements.
